Refund and Returns Policy

At Eclectica Stamps & Gifts, most of our products are custom made to order. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Customised Products

Due to the personalised nature of our products, customised items cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is defective or an error occurred during production. In this case Eclectica Stamps and Gifts will replace the item.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Personalised gifts
  • Custom teacher stamps
  • Personalised stationery
  • Custom printed products
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@eclecticastamps.co.za
