1. Orders and Payment
1.1 Orders will only be processed once payment has been received.
1.2 We accept payment via the following methods: credit card, debit card, Payjustnow, or bank transfer.
1.3 If payment is made via bank transfer, please use your order number or name as the payment reference. We will not be held liable for payments not allocated to orders due to unclear payment references.
1.4 All prices listed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are exclusive of VAT
1.5 Orders not confirmed or paid within 7 days will be automatically cancelled.
2. Production and Delivery
2.1 Standard production time for custom printing and stamps is 7-9 business days. Please note that production may be delayed due to load shedding or busy seasons.
2.2 Courier delivery times vary according to the delivery option chosen. Please allow for additional time for delivery to remote or outlying areas.
2.3 We will not be held liable for items returned due to a failure of delivery. If an item is returned, the customer will be held liable for additional charges to resend the parcel.
2.4 The courier reserves the right to refuse entry into certain high-risk or restricted areas. Should this occur, the client will be notified and may either collect the parcel from the nearest designated collection point (if offered) or elect to have the parcel redirected to the nearest available locker to avoid the additional delivery surcharge. If neither option is selected, an additional fee of R80 at the client’s own cost, may apply for alternative delivery arrangements.
2.5 Tracking numbers will be provided, but we will not be held liable for courier delivery times.
2.6 Orders cannot be shipped to a post office box.
2.8 For security purposes, customers are responsible for ensuring that they or a trusted person are available to receive the parcel at the delivery address. Eclectica Stamps & Gifts will not be held liable for parcels received by unauthorised persons at the provided delivery address.
2.9 Clients who choose collection as the delivery option but are unable to collect will be held liable for the courier cost.
3. Product Information
3.1 Colours of printed items and inks may vary from those advertised due to the nature of the printing process.
3.2 We will not be held liable for spelling errors on final products if the error was made on the order.
4. Privacy and Security
4.1 We respect your privacy and will not share any personal details except with the courier to facilitate delivery.
5. Liability
5.1 Eclectica Stamps & Gifts will not be held liable for any damages arising from the use of our website, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, and consequential damages.
5.2 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use our website or place an order.
6. Use of Client Product Pictures
6.1 Eclectica Stamps & Gifts reserves the right to post pictures of products created for clients on our website or social media platforms for promotional purposes.
6.2 We will never share private information, including signatures, of our clients, along with the product pictures. Any shared images will be limited to showcasing the final product.
6.3 If you have concerns about the use of your product pictures for promotional purposes, please contact our customer service to discuss your preferences.
7. Stamp pad and Inks
7.1 Stamp pad guarantees apply only when used with Shiny brand ink. Eclectica Stamps & Gifts cannot guarantee stamp pad performance if any other ink brand is used.
8. Overpayments
Refunds for order overpayments may be issued upon request. A 10% handling fee will be deducted to cover banking and administrative costs.
9. Artwork
9.1 Stamp designs, layouts, and artwork created by Eclectica Stamps & Gifts remain the intellectual property of Eclectica Stamps & Gifts. These designs may not be reproduced, copied, or manufactured by other suppliers without permission
9.2 Customers are responsible for ensuring that any logos, artwork, or designs they submit for printing do not violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights. Eclectica Stamps & Gifts will not be held liable for the misuse of submitted designs.
